REFUNDS & RESCHEDULES
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges. You must have a valid ticket with barcode for entry. Please only purchase tickets directly from our website via eTix. The venue is not responsible for honoring tickets purchased from a third party.
In the event there is inclement weather – the show must go on! We are hardy New Englanders and if the artist can make it then refunds will not be provided. If the artist is unable to perform, we will notify ticket holders of the cancellation/reschedule by email as soon as possible.
In the event a show is canceled, we will refund the full ticket price. If a show is rescheduled your tickets will be valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued in the event of an artist reschedule.
PARKING
We understand local parking is limited, but our venue does not control, monitor, or enforce parking. Our staff is not liable or able to provide parking advice. We recommend following all posted signage and please refrain from parking in private lots and/or blocking residential driveways otherwise towing may occur at owner’s expense.
SEATING
Our venue offers at total of 492 seats in an intimate setting with no bad seat in the house!
The main floor consists of 362 theatre style seats positioned on an incline from the front of the stage to the back of the house. Nestled in the center of the theatre are 64 table seats grouped by four seats per table across four tiered rows of sixteen tables total. The upstairs balcony offers 66 seats in a mix of two, four, and six tops across tables of varying heights.
ADA seating is available online or through the Box Office. Please notify the box office of any special requirements such as wheelchairs or service animals.
DANCING
**Due to state and national fire codes we do not allow dancing in the aisles or in front of the stage.**
Dancing is allowed at your seat or table. Dancing in the aisles or in front of the stage is not permitted and you will be asked to return to your seat.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Alcohol will be confiscated and you will be asked to dispose of any food or beverages before entry.
We offer a full food menu and serve fine wines, canned craft cocktails, and premium beers with proper ID. We ask that our patrons drink responsibly and appropriately for a performance atmosphere and please notify staff if you have an allergy before ordering.
Food & beverages can be purchased at our concession stand and taken into the theatre. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted outside the theatre.BAGS
Large bags and purses are not allowed. Anything larger than a wallet may be inspected upon entry and you may be asked to leave your personal items in your car.
SMOKING
This is a non-smoking, non-vaping venue. If you’d like to smoke outside, we’ll stamp your hand for re-entry. If you are caught smoking anywhere inside the building you will be asked to leave immediately.
WEAPONS
Weapons of any kind, including knives or firearms, are not allowed inside the building. You will be denied entry and prohibited from returning.
OPERATING HOURS
Box Office hours are Wednesday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Box office also opens 1 hour before door time on show days.
*Please note the box office hours may be closed on certain holidays. Tickets can always be purchased online at www.flyingmonkeynh.com.
TICKET PURCHASING
We offer many different ways to purchase tickets. Just pick which way is most convenient for you!
Online – *Recommended* Pick your favorite seats and purchase tickets online using the Buy Tickets or Add Tickets button. Be sure to only purchase tickets from our website via eTix to avoid scams and unnecessary fees.
By Phone – Call a friendly voice in our box office to assist with a ticket purchase. Tickets can be provided by email, text, or will call pickup.
In Person – Stop by the Box Office any time Wednesday to Friday from 12pm -5pm to purchase tickets by cash card, credit, or gift card. We look forward to seeing you!
FLYING MONKEY POLICIES
No backpacks or large bags are allowed in the theatre and all bags entering are subject to search.
Patrons without shoes or shirts are not permitted to enter.
All tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions of The Flying Monkey.
No one will be allowed admission without a valid ticket.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission and refund ticket price at its sole and absolute discretion.
Management reserves the right to eject a ticket holder for behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the management.
Tickets are non-refundable, and non exchangeable.
The use of video recording devices and flash photography is prohibited. Cameras are not permitted unless otherwise stated. Professional cameras with interchangeable lenses will be subject to artist approval. When an artist requests a ‘no camera’ policy, it will be enforced by our staff, up to, and including, removal from the show.
Management does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of personal property brought into the venue or vehicles parked in public or private parking areas.
Electronic Devices: As a courtesy to the performers and other patrons, please turn off all audible electronic alerts during performances.
