REFUNDS

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges.

RESCHEDULES AND CANCELATIONS

In the event a show is canceled we will refund the full ticket price. If a show is rescheduled your tickets will be valid to the new date. No refunds will be conducted in the event of an artist reschedule.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

The show must go on! We are hardy New Englanders if the artist can make it refunds will not be provided. If the artist is unable to perform, we will notify ticket holders of the cancellation/reschedule by email as soon as possible.

SEATING

There are multiple models for seating, depending on the show.

Our main floor consists of 20 rows of theatre style seating in front of the stage sloped up to the entrance. Nested in the center of the theatre we have 4 rows of 4 tables. Our upstairs balcony has some of the best seats in the house. Ask our Box Office about how to take advantage of our Premier Buffet located in the upstairs balcony!

DANCING

**Due to state and national fire codes we do not allow dancing in the aisles or in front of the stage.**

Dancing is allowed at your seat or table. Dancing in the aisles or in front of the stage is not permitted due to state and national fire codes.

EXPANDED CONCESSIONS AVAILABLE

Food options are available at ANY seat at The Flying Monkey. Whether you sit at a table seat or theatre seat and want something to eat, stop by our food counter to get your fill.

OPERATING HOURS

Operating hours are 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 

*Please note that the box office may vary on show days and be closed on certain holidays. Tickets can always be purchased on line at www.flyingmonkeynh.com.

BEER, WINE & CRAFT COCKTAILS

The Flying Monkey serves fine wines, featured craft cocktails and premium beers with proper ID. We ask that our patrons drink responsibly and appropriately for a performance atmosphere. Beverages can be purchased at our concession stand or food counter and taken into the theatre. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted outside the theatre.

FOOD POLICY

As we offer food and beverages at our concession stand, and we offer food and beverage service at our table seats, there is no outside food or beverage allowed. Please contact us with any specific dietary or allergy concerns; we will make every effort to accommodate your individual needs.

TICKET PURCHASING

We offer many different ways to purchase tickets. Just pick which way is most convenient for you!

Box Office – Call a friendly voice in our box office, open Tuesday – Friday from 12PM – 5PM, we look forward to assisting you! Hours vary on show days.

Purchase Online – Tickets can be purchased on our website by clicking on the “BUY TICKETS” icon on our Live Events page, as well as the Purchase Tickets link at the top of every page.

Stop By & Say Hi – Stop by our box office at 39 S. Main St. in downtown Plymouth to purchase by cash, or credit card. Hours are 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.

Movie Tickets – Movie tickets can be purchased in advance online, or at the box office on the day of the show.

ADA ACCESSIBLE

Absolutely! ADA seating is available online or through the Box Office. Please notify the box office of any special requirements such as wheelchairs or service animals.

PARKING

We do not have any proprietary parking. Street parking is available on a first come first served basis. A handicap drop off is available in front of our main entrance.

FLYING MONKEY POLICIES

No backpacks or large bags are allowed in the theatre and all bags entering are subject to search.

Patrons without shoes or shirts are not permitted to enter.

All tickets issued are subject to the terms and conditions of The Flying Monkey.

No one will be allowed admission without a valid ticket.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission and refund ticket price at its sole and absolute discretion.

Management reserves the right to eject a ticket holder for behavior likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the management.

Tickets are non-refundable, and non exchangeable.

The use of video recording devices and flash photography is prohibited. Cameras are not permitted unless otherwise stated. Professional cameras with interchangeable lenses will be subject to artist approval. When an artist requests a ‘no camera’ policy, it will be enforced by our staff, up to, and including, removal from the show.

Management does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of personal property brought into the venue or vehicles parked in public or private parking areas.

Electronic Devices: As a courtesy to the performers and other patrons, please turn off all audible electronic alerts during performances.
